BOOKING & LOGISTICS
How far in advance should we book your services?
Most couples book their wedding DJ 8 to 12 months in advance, especially for high-season dates (May through October). However, feel free to reach out anytime to check our availability for your date.
What is required to secure our date?
To lock in your date, we require a signed agreement and a retainer deposit (typically 25%). The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We regularly travel for weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance
EQUIPMENT & TECHNICAL SETUP
Do you bring all your own sound and lighting equipment?
Yes. All packages include a commercial-grade sound system, wireless microphones for toasts and announcements, and dance floor lighting tailored to your venue size.
How much time do you need for setup and teardown?
We usually arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your guests arrive (or before music needs to start) to set up and conduct sound checks. Teardown takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes after the final song.
What do you need the venue to provide?
We only require a standard power outlet on a dedicated circuit within 20–25 feet of our setup area, as well as a covered space or tent if performing outdoors.
MUSIC & PERFORMANCE
Can we choose the music played at our wedding?
Absolutely. You have as much control over the music as you want. You can provide us with a list of your “must-plays,” “play-if-possible,” and strictly “do-not-play” songs.
Do you take song requests from guests during the reception?
We can! By default, we accept guest requests as long as they fit your overall vibe and do not appear on your “do-not-play” list. If you prefer us NOT to take guest requests, just let us know.
Are you also the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes. Your DJ will double as your MC for the evening, making clear, professional announcements, introducing the wedding party, announcing speeches, and keeping the reception running smoothly without being over-the-top or pushy.

If you need to reschedule, we will transfer your deposit to your new date provided we are available. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date may be subject to full payment according to our agreement.
